How to Use Your New CB1 Patient Portal

Our new and improved CB1 Patient Portal is designed to make managing your treatment easier than ever. It’s faster, more secure, and built with patients in mind.

In this guide, we’ll walk you through the key features of the portal so you can confidently manage consultations, order medication, and join appointments with ease.

Logging in

To access your CB1 Patient Portal, visit patient.cb1medical.com

• Enter your mobile number or email — this becomes your login.
• You’ll receive a 5-digit secure verification code from CB1.
• Most devices auto-detect this code. If not, simply enter it manually.

Once verified, you’ll be logged straight into your patient portal.

Your home screen: Medication overview

Your home screen is your Medication page. Here, you can clearly view and manage everything related to your prescriptions:

• See your current medication and requests
• Use the ‘Request a repeat prescription’ button
• View when requests were made and whether they’ve been approved
• Check your monthly script limits for:
  • Flower
  • Oils
  • Vaporisers
  • Pastilles

This helps you track what you can order each month with ease.

Searching for medication

Inside the Medication tab, you can quickly search for specific medications using the filter icon at the top right. You can filter by:

• Price
• Species
• Irradiation

You can also hide out-of-stock items to make browsing faster.

Once you find what you need, simply add it to your Requests. After approval, your item will appear in your Cart, where you can check out securely using your saved card details.

Approved items move to the Cart tab automatically.

Consultations

Inside the Consults tab, you can:

• New patients: Book your first appointment at a time that suits you.
• Existing patients: Request a follow-up by emailing enquiries@cb1medical.com.
• View all upcoming and past consultations.
• Access video call links for your clinician appointments.
• Keep a full history of previous consultation dates and times.

This helps you stay organised and fully aware of your care schedule.

Orders

The Orders tab provides complete visibility of your prescriptions:

• Track active orders
• Review previous orders
• Monitor delivery progress

Everything is stored in one place to simplify your treatment journey.

My Account

Inside the My Account section, you can:

• Add or update your card details for faster checkout
• Add your delivery address

Important: Your delivery address must match the address on your prescription to avoid delays or issues.
