CB1 Medical when compared with other medical outlets, offer a far more streamlined, efficient and fair-priced solution to a complexed problem. The main issue is getting access to health records, assessing needs and dispensing medications. CB1 made this process super smooth, re-assuring and knew was in good hands. Moved to CB1 from another clinic. Very happy so far with CB1, Staff are patient, friendly and understanding. They have an app for easy ordering and access to my records. I have never waited more than three mins for an answer on the phone, even when I called at 9:15, which I would expect to be busy. They have a formulary on the app so I can check stock availability.
