CB1 Medical when compared with other medical outlets, offer a far more streamlined, efficient and fair-priced solution to a complexed problem. The main issue is getting access to health records, assessing needs and dispensing medications. CB1 made this process super smooth, re-assuring and knew was in good hands. The doctors are knowledgable and understand the nuances with pain and this type of medication.

Wayyyy better than Alternaleaf Clinic. I’m leaving Alternaleaf soon, CB1 they are more professional compared to my previous clinic, bloody Alternaleaf. I just had a terrible experience with them! But when I called CB1 they really listened to me on the phone and they understood my crucial health condition… really appreciate the call this evening!✊

Moved to CB1 from another clinic. Very happy so far with CB1, Staff are patient, friendly and understanding. They have an app for easy ordering and access to my records. I have never waited more than three mins for an answer on the phone, even when I called at 9:15, which I would expect to be busy. They have a formulary on the app so I can check stock availability.
