Saving the Portal on a Computer

Google Chrome

• Go to patient.cb1medical.com.
• Click the star icon on the right of the address bar.
• Rename the bookmark if you like, and choose where to save it (e.g., Bookmarks Bar).
• Click Done.

Microsoft Edge

• Click the star icon in the address bar, or open the menu and select: Bookmarks → Add this page to.

Mozilla Firefox

• Click the star icon in the address bar, or go to Menu → Bookmarks → Bookmark This Tab.

These steps make it easy to return to the portal with one click.

Saving the Portal on a Mobile Device

iPhone (Safari)

• Open patient.cb1medical.com.
• Tap the Share icon.
• Choose Add to Home Screen (creates an app-like icon) or Add Bookmark.

Android (Chrome)

• Visit the portal website.
• Tap the three-dot menu.
• Tap the star icon to bookmark it. It will save into your Mobile Bookmarks folder.

• Open Safari and go to patient.cb1medical.com.
• Tap the Share button.
• Scroll and select Add to Home Screen.
• Edit the name if needed.
• Tap Add.
